JD - Creative Lead (Senior Manager - Copy)


About the role: 


The Creative Lead (Senior Manager - Copy) will spearhead the creative team to make Zeno Health the most trusted and respected brand in the category. She/he will be part of the brand team and report to the Head of Brand.


Following are the details of the role:

Individual contribution:

  • Lead the ideation & execution across ATL, Digital, BTL & Internal Comms platforms
  • Ensure that the brief and the ideation process translates into execution excellence in copy and design across channels and formats - text, statics, video, audio, etc.
  • Be the owner & single point of contact for all deliverables from the creative team
  • Ensure that all output is on-brand, consistent, of high quality, and delivered on time


Program Manager:


  • Work with the brand and business teams to understand communication objectives 
  • Convert this understanding into project priorities & creative deliverables for team
  • Partner with creative agencies (when needed) to deliver the best output
  • Work closely with the brand team to seek feedback, iterate and arrive at a differentiated and coherent output


People Manager:


  • Work planning, manpower planning, hiring, and mentorship of the creative team 


The ideal candidate will have


  1. Experience, skills & attitude:
  2. Creative professional with 8-10 years of experience on client/agency side
  3. Proven awesomeness in idea generation
  4. Experienced in managing copy and design teams and the creative development process
  5. Worked on consumer brands with strong narratives spanning multiple formats. Experience in video production is mandatory
  6. Willing and able to contribute to copywriting in an individual capacity
  7. Ability to work with cross functional teams

Assessment process


  1. Experience review - submitting a portfolio is a must for applying 
  2. Assignment - a creative challenge to understand the approach and capabilities
  3. In-depth interviews: Pinkesh (functional competency) and H.R. round (culture fit).
